I work for the Children's Home of Lubbock, we use Dr. Bates often and always have a great experience! She is timely, helpful, and always listens to us. This office is great with accommodations needed for our kiddos.
My son was “evaluated” by Dr Bates a few years ago. Having the evaluation experience with other children when we lived elsewhere, I was shocked at how short the evaluation was. A true, comprehensive evaluation will take HOURS and this was done in about an hour as I recall. No IQ test, which is pretty standard.
