This NP and her receptionist a woman named Kristy refused my children care, stating she would rather them not be seen at an urgent care but at in a peds unit. I asked if there were any particular reason of why, she actually said that they would be able to hear the kids lungs better! As a nursing student I’m pretty sure our stethoscopes all listen the same way lol 😂 ..... lazy, rude, unprofessional, and not educated well enough to care for even my cat.
