Julie did an excellent job. Clear communication, timely action, and just easy going. Highly recommend. She also charged us an excellent rate and most importantly helped us negotiate the perfect price. Overall, you have to use her if you're selling your home. We didn't have to ask, she seemed to always anticipate her questions. Also she speaks Spanish as well. It really helped grow the buyer pool.
