Dr Guider is actually great but the company she works for should be prosecuted for fraud. The tests and scopes ordered by the doctor ended up costing more than TRIPLE the cost I was quoted prior to the procedures. They also bill you from 3 or 4 different agencies and these agencies don't speak to each other. It has been over a year since my scope and I am STILL getting new surprise bills. The doctor and staff were efficient and professional and also extremely kind and helpful. All parts of the procedure were explained and questions patiently answered. My appointment started on time and went smoothly. I believe the whole process only took 2 or 3 hours.
Highly recommend! Had a procedure and all went better than expected.! All of the staff were very compassionate and professional!
Parking is not great, but all the people were super sweet and caring.
