Helpful agent, super staff, with the 1957 Chevy on the side of the building it is inviting. The interior is great with the old car motif it is a nice office. State Farm has been our insurance company for many years.
Been with St. Farm since1987 and Julie has been a great agent. Wouldn't change a thing.
Julie Buell was a worthless agent who did not follow up on claims and even hid behind the State Farm Bureaucracy when asked why she did not know anything about the status of my auto theft claim and why it was being denied. Folks, its the agent's job to ensure that your policy is processed and Ms. Buell did not follow up. Ultimately State Farm denied my claim invoking fraud clauses in my policy yet failed to provide a single specific instance of fraud of any type.
