If you need someone to fill out some standard documents this office might do. If you need someone to help you resolve any issues I'd look elsewhere. This office offered to help me with a request with the bank. They sent some emails on my behalf then stopped answering my follow up emails or texts. Weeks later I received two invoices for their time spent sending those emails with zero solutions and zero explanation.
