I’ve had several experiences with Julie that have left me feeling disappointed and unimportant. When she spoke to me I felt like she was uncaring and very robotic. I have chosen to find a new PCP due to the poor experiences I’ve experienced while trying to establish care with Julie. If you are a patient that has anxiety or mental health challenges I would recommend finding someone with more social skills.
I had a wonderful visit with Julie today as my first appointment with her as a primary care practitioner. Very professional and listens, very efficient too.
Ms. Julie Hornsby is a great listener, factual and to the point, and always engages in shared decision-making with me as her patient.

Although not all my experiences have been negative at this establishment, the last two have left a bad taste in my mouth. So much that I am finding a new doctor. During one of my appointments I over heard Dr. Hornsby treating her staff extremely poorly. My last experience with this clinic was them canceling my appointment upon arriving 12 minutes late.
