Very rude front office staff calling you friend a million times wishing you the best. Not listening to you. Not reporting an accurate idea of what the actual dental issue is to the dentist. Unwilling to fix error in details that were told to dentist that were not true. Had been Having trouble getting into a dentist due to no one taking new patients or only taking Medicaid etc. offered an appointment in February which I took and then was called back to say they could not honor letting me keep that appointment.
