While in the area on vacation I experienced a painful tooth problem. Speaking with staff at Dr. Fox office, I found them very professional and caring. Dr. Fox was able to see me same day. I received excellent care. Highly recommend.
Probably the most rude conversation I’ve had with a dental office staff. Huge money grab as the dentist first has you come in to meet w/ them and see what X-rays you need etc. Of course you’re charged for that appointment even after I explained I had just seen my regular dentist in Phoenix and would be happy to send all my updated X-rays to them. Very rude front office staff calling you friend a million times wishing you the best. Not listening to you. Not reporting an accurate idea of what the actual dental issue is to the dentist. Unwilling to fix error in details that were told to dentist that were not true. Had been Having trouble getting into a dentist due to no one taking new patients or only taking Medicaid etc. offered an appointment in February which I took and then was called back to say they could not honor letting me keep that appointment.
