Julia's is the best, I won't go anywhere she gives you her full attention when you're there. Best spa pedicure ever!
Julia is friendly and very professional. She has tons of colors and designs. She’s located inside Hair Razors and behind Starbucks in Damascus, MD. The inside of the salon is beautiful and very inviting! I’ve been coming to see Julia for years and LOVE her!
