I went to have a battery replaced and the Jewler was having a hard time removing the back so we agreed I would return. When I picked it up, the back of the watch was damaged with deep gouges, she "buffed" it and said that's all I can do.

Julia is very talented and has great artistic expression. Long story short 15 years ago, I got stuck with an engagement ring I didnt really love due to another jewelers mistake. I wore it anyway and was sentimental about it due to having it for many life milestones but it wasnt my style. Lost and later found in my backyard, it got damaged prongs and bent by the lawnmower probably. this rings been through a lot. Dear Julia, How amazing is this creation?! Thank you, Julia, for this one-of-a-kind ring that you imagined and created for me. I would like to share with your customers the story of my lovely new ring! The stones in this ring were given to my father by his mother when he was proposing to my mom back in the early 1960s. My chain broke while I was on vacation, so I sent Julia an email and received a response within 5 minutes letting me know it can be repaired as soon as I got home. I brought it in today, and my chain was repaired and back on my neck within 10 minutes! Great customer service, and I highly recommend!
