Last time I had my rugs cleaned it was a disaster. The cleaning company returned them back to me ruined and dirty. After that I called Julia's Cleaners because one of my friends recommended it to me. They managed to repair my rugs and wash them thoroughly. They simply saved my rugs and my memories because I was really emotionally connected to them. I will use Julia's Cleaners again next month when I need to clean my second apartment. Great services, fair prices.

Thank you masters of rug craft! I had a two year old rug that started fraying. Upon further inspection, it turned out to be moth larvae eating away at the fibers. I contacted The Company and Joe stopped next day. They washed the rug and fixed the areas that were damaged and completely replaced the binding on the side that was affected. He delivered the rug and I could not tell which side was damaged. He went as far as getting the wool yarn to match the rug from the manufacturer. We had super positive experience with Joe and his co-worker Mark. They came on time, cleaned our sofa and carpet in the living room. They did deep shampoo cleaning of the carpet and it looked better than I expected because it is very old carpet-we are thinking to replace it soon. Sofa looks nice as well. Do not hesitate to use their services, they are amazing.

I had quite positive experience with Julia's Cleaners. Easy scheduling process, great customer service and professional cleaning of oriental rugs. They did hand wash of our rug and I am very satisfied with the condition of the rug. 5 stars definitely!
