Google shows they can dry cleaning suede and leather which my jacket is made of. Went in to drop it off and got made to feel as if I was dumb for not knowing. A family member of mine has gotten many suede and leather items dry cleaned over the years. Super confused. Got laughed out of the store by the employee and cried afterwards.
Representative is very friendly, accommodating and professional.
Very professional, turnaround time was quicker than expected!
