POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – When you're in the business of clothing - especially expensive clothing that requires dry cleaning, you would think they would hold their work to a higher standard (espcially at their prices!). My review is based solely on principle. I received my suit jacket back with a broken button. I can easily replace this, but the way the owner chose to handle the situation is unprofessional and unfortunate.
