While on a camping trip in Roan Mt our F250 front rotor warped while driving after 5pm on a Friday. We called Julian’s Auto and Kenneth told us to bring the truck in. He drove us back to our campground and then went to work replacing our brakes and rotors. He had the truck done by 7:30am Saturday morning. He saved our trip and did a sound job on the truck for a reasonable price. If you are in or near Roan Mountain, TN and need auto work definitely go to Julian’s Auto.
Fast, extremely friendly, HONEST and affordable! We moved to Roan Mountain a year ago, and he has worked on several of our vehicles. I have called him several times regarding concerns, and he has given sound advice, and he when necessary, says to bring it on by so he can take a look at it. I feel like he goes above and beyond to take care of customers. He is transparent on pricing, and I find him to be trustworthy. I highly recommend him!
Very Professional Mechanic
Ken did a great job fixing our truck quickly and for a very reasonable price!
