Originally, we had heard nothing but great things about this pool service company, so we were excited to work with them. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. After inquiring about a good company for opening pools, I went with the one with the best rating. I'm not sure where these great ratings came from. I was told that it was a comprehensive pool opening and that they would take care of everything. I guess I should have asked what "everything" meant. First off, they showed up when they weren't supposed to so I had to change up my day accordingly.
