Great store had a pleasure working with the girls in the retail store. Everyone was very helpful. Happy to recommend them to anyone who has pool needs.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GET THE POOL OPENING SERVICE!! We were charged $425 for them to drop the pool stairs/railings in the pool and drop off 2 chemicals, that we dumped in the pool ourselves or could have picked up when we were in the store. We tried to call the store and let them know that $425 for a service they told us would have our pool “summer ready” was not completed and the water was green. Employees weren’t very welcoming and weren’t helpful. They seemed to not know much about pools or chemicals.
Top notch service, and when something doesn't go exactly as planned, Brian and his team make it right!
