I was down at Juliano's pools Hebron today picking up some chemicals to get the pool cleaned up for mother's Day. What an impressive showroom they have! Juliano's installed our pool in 2003. There was a little imperfection in the very bottom of the pool that the owner himself actually pointed out to us. We told him it was totally fine but he insisted on draining the pool and fixing it right on the spot. In my experience, Juliano’s Pools (VT and SC) has been one of the most disappointing contractors I have hired. The issues I encountered included what I consider poor workmanship, substandard quality, delays, and unprofessional conduct. Carlos and Juan closed our pool today and did great job! They were polite and left the pool area spotless. In addition, They placed our equipment in storage neatly.
We have had our pool serviced weekly during the summer by Juliano's for the past 4 years. Very happy with their service. We have Keith Croft very often and he is very thorough and his knowledge of the correct chemicals are great. Thank you Keith. Happy Fall!!
