Needed main line snaked. They brought a 25' manual snake, which we have, but our home is over 30' wide and we weren't successful with ours... And neither were they! After over $550 (a "discount" btw!), a lot of yelled profanity around our children, breaking our pipe cap and the pipe itself off our wall, and flooding our finished basement that we needed to clean up... we were left with a promise from Chris Juliano himself to return to remove the massive blob of JB weld, replace the cap they broke for free, and solve the slow ... read more
Two other companies could not diagnose an issue we were having with septic venting in our bathroom. Chris figured it out and his technicians did awesome, careful work to fix a complicated problem the right way. I highly recommend them.
