My experience pre-surgery with him went very well. He seemed like a very nice guy, well educated, a good doctor & communicated things pretty decently. That was until I was post surgery still having issues walking and getting back to my everyday life. Never once after surgery did he ask to see me walk on my foot. His only thing seemed to be pushing cortisone shots on me to fix whatever problem I was having. I fractured my calcaneus 3 years ago; Dr Juliano operated to install hardware to hold my heel bone together. I thought he was a great Dr until he refused to listen to me or take seriously the extreme pain I had 2 yrs post surgery even at rest. I have had 3 yrs of constant pain, can hardly walk; quality of life is 20% of what it was. Xrays & CT scan by new Dr in Park City, UT shows hardware was placed too high & has been grinding away the bottom of my tibia, impinging 2 tendons. Do not recommend!
I had a work injury involving my ankle and when no one else was able to figure out why I was in so much pain. Dr Juliano took the time to carefully read my Mri and scheduled surgery to correct it. Surgery was in 2007 and I have no pain and am able to function everyday with no limitations . Best orthopedic by far and his bedside manners are the absolute best .
