Julianne was the listing agent on a home that our family just purchased in Mount Juliet. We were unrepresented on the buyside, and she and her team were wonderful to work with. They answered every call, text, and email. She likely went above and beyond what she would have had to do working with an unrepresented buyer, which we really appreciated coming from out of state. I've been in real estate for over 10 years on the lending side, and work with many realtors. It was easy to tell that Julianne is at the top of the list.
