Dr. Gatlin is one of the most caring and understanding people I've ever met. She takes her time with you. She took care of both of my elderly parents and me and I have never had a bad experience with the office or Dr. Gatlin. I would recommend her to anybody and I fly out of Alaska just to see her. We need more personal doctors like her.
I don't write reviews like this lightly but I'm tired of this Dr and Dr Chih having an attitude and having it without cause when they see me. The first couple times I saw these doctors, they seemed attentive and listened to my concerns. I changed to Dr Gatlin because she had a better bedside manner, initially. But this time, she completely disregarded the reason I made the appointment, talking over me about what she wanted it to be about, making me feel I was bothering her by even being there, she made me feel ignored.
