Early last week I Venmoed Yuliya Bohush an application fee and deposit for a beautiful apartment. This is standard practice, so I thought nothing of it. I did think it was a little strange that Bohush's voicemail on both her cell and work numbers were full, but we all get busy right? No questions asked, the worse realtors I have ever encountered. I called over 10 times in a period of 2 weeks to make an appointment. The realtor who was in charge of the apartment I wanted is called Yuliya Bohush. I called her, emailed her, texted her and even called her realty group and she bever bothered to give me a call back. I even said I was ready to sign and take the apartment under rent. She never responded. The most unprofessional realtor I’ve ever been in contact with.
