Washed the silk robe as per care instructions and after 1st washed the color randomly faded off. So unfortunately $300 robe belongs to garbage now. Contacted the company, sent them photos. Company doesn't care.
As a former quality VP in another industry, I was very impressed when a concierge from Julianna Rae contacted me to let me know that the particular color of silk pajamas that I ordered did not pass their quality inspection; however, that they had another color of the same model that was of excellent quality. The package arrived in a beautifully wrapped package with a ribbon, and the personalized card was not done on a little sheet of paper, as most retailers do--but on an actual Hallmark quality card.
