Unfortunately I'm one of the Dr's patient's that felt rushed and unimportant. That point was proved when I received a certified letter from Dr Bort stating she would no longer serve as my doctor. There was no reason stated. All I can figure is that she has her favorites. Imagining her treating me as well as some have said, is beyond me. Unfortunately I'm one of the Dr's patient's that felt rushed and unimportant. That point was proved when I received a certified letter from Dr Bort stating she would no longer serve as my doctor.
The lack of 5 stars surprises me. Doctor Bort is such a compassionate, kind doctor and went above and beyond to ensure my mother got the care she needed. She called us on the weekend to go over her concerns and took them very seriously. She was patient and kind with explaining things and showed genuine care and support to my mom. Thankful for her!
Dr. Julianna Bort is the best! She listens and takes her time with me during every appointment. She’s very personable and professional. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend this office due to the consistently disrespectful treatment from the front office staff. Their lack of professionalism and patience, whether in person or over the phone, makes it clear they don’t enjoy their work. A little courtesy and kindness would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
