Great cut and service
This was my first appointment with Louise and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. She was kind, really knowledgeable and she took time to listen & ask questions to ensure I had the best experience. As someone who has had some horrible hair experiences, she put me at ease and I’m thrilled with the result!
Very good service from greeting to finish. The consultation was clear and concise. I knew what was going to occur during the service. Louise also explained and showed me the difference throughout the process. Overall could not be happier. Thank you Louise!
I am in Ottawa for a quick trip and needed to get my hair done, I am very pleased with the services I received. Curtis is fantastic and made my experience comforting; I will be coming back here the next time I'm in the city. The rest of the staff were great as well! Louise is very meticulous with her visions. Her attention to detail demonstrates the passion she has for her work. She takes the time to listen to my expectations and she always delivers....always. She is always welcoming and makes me feel at ease. I always leave happy with the results and to me, it makes it worth the trip from Orleans!!
