I’ve had such a great experience at Juliana’s Skincare Studio. Juliana is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly takes her time with every appointment. Juliana's Skincare Studio is my one and only go-to place for all my lady needs! Juliana is very knowledgeable and efficient in everything she does. Her studio is located at the most convenient spot in Old Town, and everything inside is very clean and organized. She is very friendly and always understands my last-minute rescheduling due to work hours. Even though I have moved away from the area, I will continue to make appointments to see her. That's how good she is!

I ventured out to Juliana’s because of the amazing reviews, but hate to share that I wasn’t satisfied with my services. Pros: easy spot to find parking — location is in the entryway of Truist Bank and then there is a set of elevators. Juliana is very kind and was easy to reach by phone when I was lost. Room is very clean and comfortable and check out was smooth. Cons: I was told after my services that I have so much eyebrow hair that I need to book for a longer session which will cost be $40. I had never had waxing done before, so I was a little nervous going in, but Juliana made the entire experience incredible from start to finish. She immediately puts you at ease and creates such a calm, comfortable environment. Juliana is extremely confident in her craft and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing.
