My daughter made an appointment here to look for her wedding dress. We received fabulous customer service not only the day she tried on dresses but it continued throughout the experience of her purchasing her dress and veil at Juliana's. On her appointment day, she was made to feel special as her ideas were listened to, dresses were chosen and many tried on not once but twice. Juliana's is a great store, with a great staff and unique clothing! Their staff is amazing and patient with my indecisiveness!! I have not found another place in Rochester like it! I really don't understand the negative reviews because I have nothing but great experiences. The staff is really knowledgeable and able to lead you toward exactly what you are looking for...I really have never had the experience anywhere else...which is a bit sad, but the truth.

This was the worst shopping experience ever! I had made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they made it seem like they were "fitting me into their schedule!" I felt like I couldn't shop there because I wasn't willing to spend $10,000 on a dress. Be warned that they have very few dresses that are larger. Even size 10's are "European cut" so they are really a size 4. The place was tiny and no room to move around.
