Terrible experience. The doctor was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero compassion. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Honestly shocked they still have a medical license.

Very professional and caring. Dr. Gerena went out of her way to help us deal with an unfortunate incident and we truly appreciate her work ethic and expertise.

Please take heed when booking with this place. She is not fit to be helping anyone with mental issues, especially not children. She needs a therapist herself, rudest, weirdest conversations I have ever experienced professionally and other wise. run

A therapist at this practice caused more harm to an already traumatize foster child. That therapist has no business working with child. No matter how many people I spoke to at his place, nothing changed. Very sad and morally wrong! I hope and pray no more kids go though what our boy went through.

I’m totally disgusted with the attitudes and pessimistic energy that this lady (physiologist) has. All children should be given a second chance. My son was referred to their program in April and has attended many sessions but was terminated because of the owner’s problem with him and his counselor arrangements for therapy. She made things complicated and uncomfortable without reasonable understanding. No child should have to feel threatened because of an unjust system , unstable personality or money-driven motives.
