I am very disappointed with the service I received from Juliana Duna. I hired them to help with my immigration case and paid the full amount they requested. After my application expired without any positive outcome, I repeatedly contacted Juliana to ask about my options. Instead of providing clear advice, I was repeatedly told that a new immigration program would be announced soon and that I should keep waiting.
