Called for an appointment, owner was extremely rude. Previous reviews were accurate.
The store was closed, and I messaged/ texted to the provided phone number at the door but never got an answer back, poor customer service.
I've read some of the negative reviews, it's clear that they were looking for dresses less than $200. Juliana is not the place for that price range ie: prom dresses. She is more mother of the bride and formal gowns. She is also by appointment only. Some people may have missed these two points that are outlined in the call out boxes below. Juliana is a sweetheart and will stop at nothing to have you looking your well dressed best.
Took my future in-law here for her Mother of the Bride dress. They had a nice couch for me to sit on and she found her dress on the first try here!
A couple entertainers bought their beaded gowns here.They looked amazing.
