I’ve been to many clinics before, but I’ve never experienced anything as unprofessional and dishonest as Juliana Clinics. I bought a $250 gift card thinking it would cover part of the service, but when I arrived, they demanded another $500 just for a basic consultation. OMG you guys do not go there!! Staff is so rude and the place is a huge scam. Was supposed to do a 250 treatment and when I get there they asked for a complementary 500 for a consultation? Out of a words- the receptionist, Katy, had an attitude, was so unhelpful and condescending… avoid going there for your own good
I’ve had such a great experience at Juliana Clinics. Juliana is incredible, her attention to detail and honesty stands out. I love how she explains everything and the why behind her recommendations. It’s refreshing to feel educated instead of sold to. You can genuinely tell the entire team cares and Katie at the front desk is always so sweet. Look no more! Juliana Clinics will be the only place you will require for all your beauty needs.
