My experience with Dr. Dixon was very disappointing. He is a very blunt person, and during one of my visits he even commented that he was impressed by how severely deviated my septum was, which honestly came across strangely given that I was there seeking treatment for a serious issue. According to my pre-surgery notes, an open septoplasty/rhinoplasty had been recommended, but the plan was changed during the procedure and I ultimately had a closed septoplasty instead. To be honest, I’m pretty disappointed in this office for several different reasons. I’m giving two stars only because they offered a refund due to my experience. Luckily, I had my coworker join me on my lunch break to also witness this experience and sense check me that it wasn’t in my head but that I was getting spoken to in a condescending/belittling manner. 1) when I spoke to the front desk (who was very nice) they informed me that I would get a “consultation” before any procedures would be done in follow up appointments ... read more
The office is nice and that's about it. The day before the appointment the receptionist called me and tried to play down my symptoms and tried to talk me into cancelling my appointment because it was not the proper specialist. I had hearing loss due to inflamation of my middle ear and she suggested that I go see an audiologist!? She ended up cancelling my appointment anyway. Outrageous!
Super disorganized office. Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy; or at least that's what they said because I never got a message so who knows. I left messages, called 4 different times, long story short it's been 5 days since my appointment and I still don't have access to my treatment and no one is picking up the phone even though the website says they are open. Will update if I ever get my medication.
Dr. Dixon and Hayley are are the best duo to fix your sinus problems. I feel like I can breathe in 4k now! The procedure was so easy and Dr. Dixon is very thorough and informative with his practice and Hayley does a great job of making your operation smooth and resourceful. Highly recommend!
