We are the largest, oldest (Since 1966) and cleanest pet grooming in El Paso (voted best pet grooming/daycare in El Paso) so there is a reason why people say we are the Best. Usually unhappy customers don't know our policies and then there is a big misunderstanding and we get a bad review. Some fair (we try to be perfect but nobody is) but some very unfair. I was kept on hold while I could hear conversations at the shop noone ever returned to answer call. I called 2 more times and they hung up on me . Obviously not good customer service
I take Lulu to get her haircuts there along with bath and brush. She enjoys going and gets excited when we drive up to Jullian's. Tammy has been her groomer for many years now and Lulu loves her. Thank you Jullian's!
Julian’s is my absolute favorite! I love coming here! From the moment Josh picks up the phone, he makes my puppy & myself feel very welcome. They’re always very flexible with appointments/walk-ins. They always do a wonderful job, Juan takes care of my pup and she always comes out looking perfect!!!! I've been taking my dog to Julian's Pet Grooming for about 8 years. The staff is always very kind, and I have usually been happy with their work. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. My dog’s haircut was uneven, and she came home looking like a different dog. Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing her back. It’s sad, but I hope they can improve in the future.
