We are the largest, oldest (Since 1966) and cleanest pet grooming in El Paso (voted best pet grooming/daycare in El Paso) so there is a reason why people say we are the Best. Usually unhappy customers don't know our policies and then there is a big misunderstanding and we get a bad review. Some fair (we try to be perfect but nobody is) but some very unfair. I've been taking my dog to Julian's Pet Grooming for about 8 years. The staff is always very kind, and I have usually been happy with their work. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. My dog’s haircut was uneven, and she came home looking like a different dog. Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing her back. It’s sad, but I hope they can improve in the future.
I have been a customer of Julian’s for years now. And always ask for Juan. He is a kind person always grooming my pet Coco with the utmost care

Great grooming by groomer Juan Inzurriaga. My little one has been groomed by Julian’s for 2 yrs and never been a complain. Just added my big little puppy and loved the results.
