We are the largest, oldest (Since 1966) and cleanest pet grooming in El Paso (voted best pet grooming/daycare in El Paso) so there is a reason why people say we are the Best. Usually unhappy customers don't know our policies and then there is a big misunderstanding and we get a bad review. Some fair (we try to be perfect but nobody is) but some very unfair. An excellent option for your dog. Laura is our dog's groomer. We love her work. She is nice and kind with our dog. Elena, the receptionist, is always nice anhld happy and always giving a smile to you. We definitely recommend this place!
Clean entrance area, front desk. Their staff is always helpful & courteous, today I met Elena the receptionist. Max’s groomer Laura wasn’t there when I went to pick him up but she did a great job. Thank you, ladies. Keep up the awesome work.
From the moment you walk in, it’s a pleasant experience. The murals on the wall are my absolutely favorite. The receptionist Elena is very welcoming and friendly. Laura the groomer did a fantastic job with our dog. Julian’s has been our go to forever ! Def recommend.
always a nice job. Today was no different. This explains why sometimes it can be chaotic and busy. A pro tip, make an appointment in advance and if you make an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning, confirm that you are the first in line otherwise when they're busy, it can take up to 4.5 to five hours. Their prices are fair compared to their competitors and service is excellent. My two dogs are regular visitors.
