The ABSOLUTE BEST dentist in the world!! I broke off a front tooth crown on Friday night at 7:30 pm while at a restaurant…I was in from Cincinnati…my mom call her dentist’s emergency number…left a message …got a call back in less than 2 minutes…I explained my situation to Dr Ortiz… he said I’ll meet you at my office in five minutes!!! Remember Friday night @7:30!!! Less than an hour later he had me patched up good enough until I get back to Cincinnati for a full repair! Doctor Ortiz is the absolute best. He was my dentist when he worked in the Lake Worth area. I was so sad to hear he left but extremely happy to hear he opened his own practice. I never had a dentist who I fully trusted. He genuinely cares for his patients. Plus he treated my son as well. In all honesty I am considering driving the hour south just to continue letting him handle my dental care.
Dr. Ortiz and his staff are very professional and courteous. They do great work in a very pleasant atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
