I was very fortunate that Dr. Owsley's staff arrange for my all of my hospital and Reh needs. The personal care that was provided by all members of the staff at Palamar Hospital and Rehabilitation center was very professional and friendly.
During the whole process Dr Barba was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. He was very positive about everything and took the time to explain everything to me.
Confident that I was getting superior care with my knee replacement. Appointments on time and Dr. Owsley answered questions clearly.

He replaced both knees then in December he replaced my hip. He totally cares about his patients and their wellbeing. He made sure my pain levels were down and now I’m in my 6th week without pain. Just need therapy to strengthen my muscles. I refer him to everyone that needs joint surgery.

At the age of 60, I wanted to see how heavy I could get in weight training but the price I paid was costly. I damaged 3 disks and ongoing pain in my sciatica. In talking with other friends, many tried to discourage my to go the surgery route. But after losing 50 yards on my golf drives and not able to walk the course because of sciatica pain, I finally broke down to see Dr Barba. From the first time I met Dr. Owsley , on through my surgery, and on to post op visits, he communicated every step of the process accurately and clearly. His surgical skills, based on my recovery, are excellent!
DR.BARBA ----- AMAZING. Before surgery I was only able to walk 1/2 of a block and was in excruciating back pain and numbness in feet and legs. Thanks to Dr Barba and his associates at Palomar Health, and AllStar Therapy I can now walk for miles. Although I am not 100% pain free all the time, my current condition is a vastly improved and getting better. Thanks to Dr. Barba for giving me my life back.
