[Update: I believe Dr. Mierlak has moved from NYU to Maiden Lane Medical, NYC.] Dr. Mierlak is great - a rare type of doctor who is knowledgeable, experienced, extremely patient, kind, thorough, genuine and trustworthy all at once - exactly the kind of doctor you need when you are nervous about a medical visit. I was beyond disappointed to hear he is no longer with NYU @ 111 Broadway; does anyone know whether he retired or is practicing elsewhere?

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Mierlak,. The visit went by pretty fast and smoothly although it was not rushed in anyway , all my questions were answered and I was very comfortable through out the entire examination. I would highly recommend Dr.Mierlak to any woman seeking a new gynecologist , he very knowledgeable and thorough.
