I frantically tried to find someone to come to my house after hours to fix my AC on a hot day. I called Jullian first, since they are less than two miles from my house. They said they could come the next day and I did confirm the appointment. I own that part. My heat pump unit stopped working on a day that was 108 heat index. I called at 3:08 pm on a Friday and Technician Garland was at my house in 35 minutes!! Garland and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem-a faulty capacitor- and repaired the unit very quickly . As I had purchased a SERVICE WARRANTY the cost was very reasonable!!!! If you do not have a service warranty with Julian Heat and Air you are wasting money

Jason went the extra mile to make sure that my new system was tuned in perfectly. I had spent over a year planning for our new home and was a complicated customer.
