“Julian Construction provided excellent service from start to finish. The brothers were professional, reliable, and very skilled in their work. Communication was clear throughout the project, and everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality construction work in Carmarthen.”
Julian ArIain is a disappointment at best, cowboy builder at worst. I have lost count of the amount of times he promised to work and never showed up. I ended up doing most of the work myself! (do not agree to pay this guy in advance)
