Best granola ever!
Just opened these today after buying yesterday late afternoon. Tried to call Julian Bakery to let them know but Voicemail says no customer service at this time so please email. Just to be clear, these are not supposed to need refrigeration until they are opened. I think it’s disgusting that a health concern cannot be reported immediately over the phone. The grocery store where I bought them will refund me but I wanted to let the company know the current packaging is not working.
Awful experience with long shipping times and I live in San Diego. Also, everything went badly quickly. They don’t respond to emails to customer service re your experience or in any way try to make things right.
I placed an order with Julian Bakery on January 9, 2021. My credit card was charged immediately. After weeks and not receiving tracking or shipping information, I began to reach out for status on my order. I called the company and no one ever answers the phones. You get an answering machine with no option to leave a message. Emails were on an auto response that they were understaffed due to Covid.
