My experience with this car dealership was okay overall. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful in explaining different car models and pricing. I appreciated the opportunity to test drive and compare options before deciding. However, the process of completing paperwork and getting final updates took longer than expected. The car itself was in good condition and matched what was promised. Overall, a decent experience, but improvements in efficiency would make it much better.
Great experience with this dealership. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. They provided clear information and made everything easy to understand. There was no pressure, and the transaction was completed quickly. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend them.
Call to ask about parts and was ignored and immediately hanged up on. Very disrespectful.
