Everyone was really nice the clinic gave me peace and I felt very comfortable. Dr Torres was very attentive to everything I had to say and I was pleased with my first visit.
I came to this appointment and was treated horribly by staff. Let me just start with I am a Black man and had a durag on because it was raining. A minute over the grace period I was approached by multiple nurses and told to go back outside and someone will come to me and reschedule even though the doctor was contacted via MyChart the doctor couldn’t even speak up and confirm them he just let this embarrassing situation happen and told me to go somewhere else.
