There is nothing easy here, definitely get challenged on every step, but truly appreciate Julia's attention to details, form, safety of each exercise and positive vibe in the studio. Every session is well rounded, finding a chance to work on multiple muscle groups, paying attention to muscle strength and stretching. Would highly recommend Julia's studio for anyone who wants to stay fit, maintain good posture and longevity..

Ridiculous! Cancelled without notice! I do not care if you get pay or not from class pass, if you do not like them, don’t use it. Bad impression! Not professional at all! Update: i checked all my emails, text on my phone, and junk and inbox. I could not find anything you mentioned. Do not make excuses!!
