Dr. Zakhaleva is absolutely amazing! One might even say God sent. I recently had a hemorrhoidectomy for Stage IV internal and external hemorrhoids. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and the levels of pain I would have to endure. Dr. Zakhaleva was so kind during my visit, and thoroughly explained the process. On the day of the surgery after completing the procedure, she recognized that I would be in a great deal of pain. She could have simply sent me home as this was an ambulatory procedure.
