Grace and Doctor Shih were very nice and helpful and made sure I had a great experience. Have been taking exams there for a few years. Highly recommend!
This review is long overdue. My family is under the care of Dr. Wen at Golden Optometry for many years. I have recommended her to many friends who were searching for a quality optometrist and they have been seeing Dr. Wen ever since. Worst eye exam experience ever. Dr Wen was anything but thorough. She couldn't have cared less about me and just wanted to rush through the exam. I will never be back.
Their ok lenses are super expensive and that's not what I am complaining about. Dr. Wen was less than professional and very irresponsible. She never offered to help even though my child had a hard time learning how to put the lenses in. Very disappointed!
I brought my kid in for an eye exam and if I could give Dr. Julia Wen 0 stars I would. This is the most horrendous experience I have had to date with healthcare providers. Dr. Wen was super rude and she didn't give a damn about her patients. Go somewhere else!
