Normally I'm very uncomfortable around dentist. Not so with Julia Talalenko. She took the the time to make sure I understood the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Her assistant was great. As for as dentist go I would give her a 10 out of 10. Couldn't be happier with the results. Had some prep work for a crown and a crown made and applied with in hrs. The best part it was less than I paid at another dentist in the Naples area for same procedure.
Today my elderly mother needed a cleaning. She had a new plan. Receptionst couldn't find plan# in system. Receptionist and I were sorting through issue. But hygienist comes out from behind smiling cynically in a covertly hostile manner saying "I told you so" 2X. Not one offer of assistance! Not an ounce of compassion! Just smugly standing there being pleased with her own rudeness. The matter could have resolved easily. But, no! Hygienist had to indulge in her self-pleasure of seeing a 90-year old struggling with memory loss.... read more
I don't know how many people send thank you cards to their dentist, but I know that if any dentist deserves it, you do.
I highly recommend visiting Dr. Talalenko at New Age Dentistry for all of your dental care needs! Her and her staff go above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and truly make you feel at ease. Dr. Julia never pushes treatment, instead she gives you options, and lets you “decide”. She is constantly making sure that whoever is in her chair is comfortable and not in pain. Her staff is very kind and accommodating too! I’ve been coming here for years and I highly recommend this office to anyone I meet!
I really wanted to thank Julia and her staff for such great care and service. I originally went to Julia last year and had to receive a crown and also receive an extraction for a long time broken tooth that just could not be repaired which was completely successful and very little if any discomfort. Julia is extremely professional and was continuously concerned about the patent not feeling any pain or discomfort. I recently went again today to get a checkup and cleaning which was great.
