We have had a lot of problems. This happened to us twice, we have home insurance but AM FAM did not send the declaration and so now we were charged 1000 over. And we switched over policy in July and they didn’t complete the paper work so we are overpaying over and over. And we made a claim but they did the paperwork under the wrong house, and threatened to drop us. We never had these problem with Jerry (Rip).
