Dr. Riftine is great. Her staff is superb!
CHARGES a second appointment fee to call you🤯absolute trainwreck and scam!! Every time I schedule & pay for a dr visit, she’s “too busy” to see me (despite me watching her walk into other rooms) so they tell me to rebook/pay $$ again. NP is the only person who sees you, she interrupted my every sentence and had no interest in hearing my concerns. I just had a very upsetting experience with this gynecology office. The office called me to reschedule my appointment. During the call, I simply asked if there was an earlier appointment available and asked a few additional questions about the dates and times. Instead of answering my questions professionally, Selene became angry, raised her voice, and spoke to me very disrespectfully.
