The most UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with. I booked an appointment specifically with the doctor for my mom, but they sent in a nurse practitioner without telling us beforehand— no explanation, no consent. That’s misrepresentation, plain and simple.
