Not friendly. Less concerned. For my first time with her I had my yearly physical, she only checked my blood pressure and my heart rate while I was filling out papers for her at the same time. To me that was NOT a yearly exam. I was too happy to find another doctor. I give her rating as a zero star.
Excellent physician. Just tough to get an actual appointment to see her in particular

Most of the doctors here are WONDERFUL!!! However, their phone staff is actually horrendous with absolutely no beside manner, specifically the after hours lady just sounds like she’s angry with life all the time and treats you as such.
Last night, I came down with a very sore throat, chills, body aches, and a 101° fever. This morning, I called Dr. Pulimootil's office to try to schedule an exam. I was told that I could not be seen in person without a negative covid test. My husband picked one up from the store for me, and after I tested negative, the receptionist told me I still could not be seen in person due to my fever.
