Waste of time and money. I was told I getting an eye exam. Wasn't the kind of eye exam need for glasses. They had me use my current glasses in the exam, no changes. Have dry eyes put plugs in lower and said would check if it improved in 3 weeks. Billed my insurance $1085.32 as well as the $177.00 I paid out of pocket for the appointment. Went back for 3 week check and they wanted another $177. There were easily 15 people waiting. I told the front office was there for a check of the plug they put in and got zero help from.
