My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Julia Moss. The customer service is fantastic, their shelves are full of fun and unique gifts. It’s become tradition to visit the store each holiday - genuinely the best place to go when I don’t know what to get. If you get the chance, I highly recommend you visit the store!
Extremely unfriendly and poor service. Went here after having a holiday lunch with the family. Was shocked by the constant pestering and being stalked by the staff throughout the store, asking “how we are doing”. One of the workers was rudely passive aggressive with my mother and grandkids while we were looking at some of the items, basically telling us not to touch. There is no other place quite like JMD in Wayzata. It's my happy place and everyone there treats you like a friend. Julia is one of the most creative and artistic people I know.....everything she touches becomes beautiful. And that is especially true for the silver! If you ever need a gift that people will cherish, have a piece of silver painted for them. I have many pieces in my home and friends always comment on them.
