My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Julia Moss. The customer service is fantastic, their shelves are full of fun and unique gifts. It’s become tradition to visit the store each holiday - genuinely the best place to go when I don’t know what to get. If you get the chance, I highly recommend you visit the store!
Extremely unfriendly and poor service. Went here after having a holiday lunch with the family. Was shocked by the constant pestering and being stalked by the staff throughout the store, asking “how we are doing”. One of the workers was rudely passive aggressive with my mother and grandkids while we were looking at some of the items, basically telling us not to touch.
