I am in Menopause and have read many findings of research regarding Hormone Replacement Therapy. What began as a routine visit , turned into miscommunication (truly lack of communication) and tears . Over an hour after I arrived 45 min after my appointment time , I was finally spoken to . I was frustrated, felt invisible and certainly unwelcome. Karen , an angel , listened was humble and reassured me I was not the things I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr. Aponte and the entire team at the Women's Centre of Lakewood Ranch . They are always efficient, kind and I never have to wait for my appointments. The office is extremely clean, well-located, and the staff speaks Spanish, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Dr. Aponte listens carefully, addresses all my concerns, and is always professional and attentive. I am very grateful for their excellent care.
