Never had a good experience in their office except for with the young blonde who does the mammograms. Rest of the office staff, especially Terry is rude. I called to ask a simple question and her attitude about having to answer my question was very unprofessional. She's the professional and she's treating me like I'm stupid because I don't do what she does. Therefore, I will not be back to your office and will be requesting my records. Very professional and prompt staff. Used the patient portal with my concerns and the office replied back immediately. Saw Danielle Pizzo. She spent a lot of time with me explaining everything in detail and gave me options. I love her communication. I highly recommend!
